This Privacy Policy explains how CareLink ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the CareLink mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.

• Account information — name, email address, and phone number you provide when registering, or the basic profile shared when you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Health-related content you submit — symptoms, questions, medical reports, lab results, medicine and food images that you choose to upload for analysis.
• Usage & device data — app interactions and basic device information used to operate and improve the service.
• Approximate location — only if you grant permission, to help show nearby hospitals.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the App's features, including AI symptom checks, report analysis, medicine information, and reminders.
• To create and secure your account and process subscriptions.
• To improve and maintain the App and provide customer support.

3. AI processing

Content you submit for analysis may be processed by third-party AI providers solely to generate your results. Results are for general informational purposes only and are not medical advice.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the App (such as hosting, authentication, and AI processing), and where required by law.

5. Data retention & deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the App (Settings), or by emailing us.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
